Our story started in 2022, when we launched as a wholesale bakery supplying coffee shops around Montreal. Until now, we’ve been working behind the scenes in a kitchen closed to the public — but that’s about to change.
A new opportunity has allowed us to expand our bakery and open a cozy space where people can come enjoy what we make. We’re so excited to grow our offering with fresh options like sandwiches and salads, while still featuring some of the baked goods from our wholesale menu.
We’ve offered catering before, but now we’re adding these new savoury items to the mix — perfect for office lunches, meetings, and more.
